Team Invitations
When a workspace administrator invites you to join their Aeternitychat workspace, here’s what to expect.
Receiving an Invitation
You’ll receive an email with an invitation link. The email includes:
- The workspace name you’re being invited to
- The role you’ve been assigned
- A link to accept the invitation
Accepting an Invitation
- Click the invitation link in your email
- You’ll be taken to the accept invitation page
- If you don’t have an Aeternitychat account:
- Create one with email/password, Google, or Facebook
- If you already have an account:
- Sign in to accept
- Once accepted, you’ll land in the shared workspace
After Joining
Once you’ve joined a workspace:
- You’ll see the Dashboard and sidebar navigation
- Your access is determined by the role assigned to you
- You can start working in any area your role permits
You can be a member of multiple workspaces. Each workspace has its own contacts, workflows, and settings.
Invitation Issues
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Link expired | Ask the administrator to resend the invitation |
| Already have an account | Sign in with your existing credentials when accepting |
| Wrong role | Ask the administrator to change your role in Settings > Members |
