Channels are how your customers communicate with your business through Aeternitychat. Each channel represents a messaging platform that you can connect to your workspace.

WhatsApp is currently the primary supported channel. With WhatsApp connected, you can:
- Receive and reply to customer messages in Live Chat
- Send automated responses using Workflows
- Broadcast messages with Campaigns
- Set up drip sequences with Sequences
- Create and manage Message Templates
- Build interactive WhatsApp Forms

Additional channels are being developed. The channel overview page in your dashboard shows the current availability status of each platform.
