Campaign Insights
Campaign Insights gives you detailed performance data for each broadcast campaign you’ve sent.
Accessing Campaign Insights
Go to Insights > Campaign Insights in the sidebar.
Selecting a Campaign
Use the dropdown or search to select a specific campaign. Once selected, you’ll see its full performance breakdown.
Metrics
Delivery Funnel
A visual funnel showing the journey from sent to replied:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Sent | Total messages dispatched |
| Delivered | Messages that reached the recipient’s phone |
| Read | Messages opened by the recipient |
| Replied | Messages that generated a customer reply |
| Failed | Messages that could not be delivered |
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
If your template includes URL buttons with Link Tracking enabled, the CTR shows the percentage of recipients who clicked the link.
Hourly Reply Trend
A chart showing when replies come in throughout the day. Use this to identify the best times to send future campaigns.
Stop Promotions
If your template includes a Stop Promotions button, this metric tracks how many recipients opted out. High opt-out rates signal that your content needs improvement.
Using Insights to Improve
- Low delivery rate? — Check your phone health and messaging tier
- Low read rate? — Experiment with different send times
- Low reply rate? — Improve your call to action and message relevance
- High opt-out rate? — Review your audience targeting and message frequency
