Tags
Manage your workspace-wide tags from Settings > Tags.
Creating Tags
- Click Create Tag
- Enter a tag name
- The tag is immediately available across the workspace
Managing Tags
From this page you can:
- View all tags in your workspace
- Edit tag names
- Delete tags you no longer need
Where Tags Are Used
Tags created here are available in:
- Customer profiles — Apply tags to individual contacts
- Customer table — Filter contacts by tag
- Import — Assign tags during CSV import
- Segments — Use tags as segment conditions
- Workflows — Apply tags automatically with the Update Lead block
