Create a Campaign

Follow these steps to create and send a broadcast campaign to your contacts.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to Campaign in the sidebar
2. Click New Campaign
3. Fill in the campaign details

1. Select Connection

Choose which WhatsApp phone number to send the campaign from. If you have multiple numbers, select the appropriate one from the dropdown.

2. Choose a Template

Select an approved message template for your campaign. Only templates with Approved status are available.

The template preview shows how the message will look to recipients, including any header, body, footer, and buttons.

3. Fill Template Variables

If your template includes variables (like {{1}} for a name), you’ll need to specify how they’re populated:

• Static value — Same value for all recipients
• Contact attribute — Pull from each contact’s profile (e.g., name, custom attributes)

4. Select Audience

Choose who receives the campaign:

• All Contacts — Send to every contact in your workspace
• Segment — Send to contacts in a specific segment

5. Review and Send

Preview your campaign details before sending:

• Template content and variables
• Audience size
• Sending option (immediate or scheduled)

Click Send or Schedule to finalize.
