Invite Your Team
Add team members to your workspace so they can handle live conversations, build workflows, and manage campaigns.
Invite a Member
- In the sidebar, go to Settings
- Click Members in the settings menu
- Click the Invite button
- Enter the team member’s email address
- Assign them a role that determines what they can access
- Click Send Invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Roles
Roles control what each team member can see and do. Your workspace comes with default roles, and you can create custom roles if needed.
Common permissions include:

| Live Chat | Access to the conversation inbox |
| Workflows | Create and edit automations |
| Campaigns | Send broadcast messages |
| Contacts | View and manage customers |
| Analytics | Access insights and reports |
| Billing | Manage plans and payments |
| Developer | API keys and webhooks |
To create custom roles with specific permissions, go to Settings > Roles. See the Roles & Permissions guide for details.
Manage Pending Invitations
To see invitations that haven’t been accepted yet:
- Go to Settings > Members
- Switch to the Pending tab
- You can resend or cancel pending invitations from here
What Invited Members See
When a team member clicks their invitation link:
- They’ll be taken to the accept invitation page
- If they don’t have an account, they’ll create one
- Once accepted, they’ll land in your shared workspace with their assigned role
