Managing Contacts

The Customers page provides a table view of all your contacts with tools for searching, filtering, and exporting.

Searching

Use the Search Name field at the top of the table to find contacts by name. The search filters the table in real time as you type.

Filtering

Click the Filter button to apply advanced filters to your contact list. You can filter by:

  • Tags — Show only contacts with specific tags
  • Channel — Filter by messaging platform
  • Opt In status — Show opted-in or opted-out contacts
  • Date range — Filter by when they were first contacted

You can also click the Segments button to filter the table by a saved segment.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order. Sortable columns include Name, Contact, First Contacted, Channel, Opt In, and Tags.

Exporting

Click the Export button to download your contacts. You can export all contacts or just the currently filtered set.

Pagination

The table displays 20 contacts per page by default. Use the Rows per page dropdown to change this, and the pagination controls to navigate between pages.

Click on any contact row to open their Contact Profile with full details and conversation history.
