Campaign Analytics
Track the performance of your campaigns with detailed analytics available in the Insights section.
Accessing Campaign Analytics
- Go to Insights > Campaign Insights in the sidebar
- Select a specific campaign to view its performance
Key Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Sent | Total messages sent |
| Delivered | Messages successfully delivered to the recipient |
| Read | Messages opened/read by the recipient |
| Replied | Messages that received a reply |
| Failed | Messages that failed to deliver |
Delivery Funnel
The analytics page shows a delivery funnel visualization:
Sent → Delivered → Read → Replied
This helps you understand where messages drop off and how engaging your content is.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
If your template includes buttons with URLs, the CTR shows how many recipients clicked the link. This requires Link Tracking to be enabled on the template.
Hourly Reply Trend
A chart showing when recipients reply to your campaign throughout the day. This helps you understand the best times to send future campaigns.
Stop Promotions
If your template includes a Stop Promotions button, you can track how many recipients opted out. Monitor this closely — high opt-out rates affect your phone health.
