Sequences
Sequences are automated drip campaigns — a timed series of template messages sent to a contact over days or weeks. Use them for onboarding new customers, follow-up flows, or nurture campaigns.
How Sequences Differ from Campaigns

The One Sequence Rule
Each contact can only be enrolled in one active sequence at a time. Enrolling a contact in a new sequence automatically removes them from their current one.
Plan your sequences carefully to avoid interrupting ongoing drip campaigns.
Accessing Sequences
Navigate to Sequences in the sidebar. The sequences page shows all your sequences and lets you create new ones.
