Create Your Account

To get started with Aeternitychat, you need to create an account. You can sign up using one of several methods.

Sign Up Options

Google or Facebook

The fastest way to create an account:

1. Go to the Aeternitychat sign-up page
2. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook
3. Authorize the connection in the popup window
4. You’ll be redirected to your new workspace

Email and Password

1. Go to the sign-up page
2. Enter your email address and choose a password
3. Click Sign Up
4. Verify your email if prompted

Magic Link

If you prefer not to use a password:

1. Go to the login page and click Sign In with Magic Link
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your inbox for a login link
4. Click the link to sign in — no password needed

After Signing Up

Once you’ve created your account, you’ll land on the Dashboard. If this is a brand new workspace, you’ll see the onboarding checklist to guide you through the initial setup.

Your first step should be connecting your WhatsApp channel.

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Check your inbox for a password reset link
4. Click the link and set a new password
