Scheduling & Sending

You can send campaigns immediately or schedule them for a specific date and time.

Immediate Send

When you choose to send immediately, the campaign starts delivering messages to your audience right away. Delivery speed depends on your messaging tier.

Scheduled Send

To schedule a campaign for later:

  1. During campaign creation, select the Schedule option
  2. Pick a date and time
  3. Confirm the schedule

The campaign will appear in the dashboard with a Scheduled status until the send time arrives.

Campaign Statuses

StatusDescription

Cancelling a Campaign

You can cancel a scheduled campaign before it sends:

  1. Go to the Campaign Dashboard
  2. Find the scheduled campaign
  3. Click the Cancel action

Once a campaign starts sending, it cannot be cancelled. Only campaigns with Scheduled status can be stopped.

Delivery

After sending, messages are delivered based on your WhatsApp messaging tier:

  • Tier 1: Up to 1,000 unique customers per day
  • Tier 2: Up to 10,000 unique customers per day
  • Tier 3: Up to 100,000 unique customers per day
  • Unlimited: No daily limit

If your audience exceeds your tier limit, delivery will continue over multiple days.

Tracking Delivery

After a campaign is sent, the Delivery Status column in the dashboard shows delivery progress. For detailed analytics, see Campaign Analytics.
