Media Library
The Media Library is a centralized place to upload, store, and manage images, videos, and documents used across your workspace.
Accessing Media
Navigate to Media in the sidebar under the Manage section.
Uploading Media
- Click Upload on the media page
- Select files from your computer or drag them into the upload area
- Files are uploaded and available immediately
Supported File Types

Using Media
Media from your library can be used in:
- Message Templates — Add images, videos, or documents as template headers
- Live Chat — Send media attachments in conversations
- Workflows — Include media in Send Message blocks
Storage
Your media storage counts toward your plan’s storage limit. You can monitor your storage usage from the Usage dashboard.
Uploading the same file multiple times creates separate copies. Delete unused media regularly to manage your storage.
